PARTY FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Of course! You’re welcome to bring your own birthday cake to celebrate your special occasion.
We’ll provide a cake knife, cake server, plates, napkins and a lighter, so all you need to bring is the cake.
Please note that cake smash cakes are not permitted.
Yes, you’re welcome to bring your own decorations to personalise your party space.
We simply ask that all decorations are removed at the conclusion of your party.
Please note that confetti, glitter and party poppers are not permitted.
Yes. You are welcome to bring your own food; however, a minimum $20 venue fee applies.
As all party packages already include catering for each guest, many groups choose to utilise the catering included in their package and add additional catering if required.
Strictly no BYO alcohol is permitted.
No, our party packages do not include a dedicated party host.
However, don’t worry — we’ll do all the planning for you. Your party schedule is carefully organised to ensure there’s time for activities, food, cake cutting and singing Happy Birthday.
Our team will be on hand throughout your visit to keep everything running smoothly and ensure your guests arrive at each activity at the correct time.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Mini Track races accommodate a maximum of 6 racers at a time. Groups with more than 6 participants will be split across multiple races.
Mini racers must be a minimum of 95cm tall and a maximum of 144cm tall.
Strictly no refunds or credits will be provided for participants who are unable to operate or control a go-kart.
Enclosed footwear is required for all participants.
Party Food
Hot party food includes your choice of:
- Party pies and sausage rolls, or
- Pizza
All party packages also include hot chips and chicken nuggets.
Additional hot and cold food platters are available. Please enquire when booking.
Additional Activities
The following activities can be added to your party:
- Extra Mini Kart Race: $16 per person, per race
- Extra Laser Tag Game: $9 per person, per game
- Colour Step: $5 per person, per session
Additional activities must be used during the party event.
Booking Conditions
- Bookings are essential.
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
- The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 7 days prior to the event.
- A 10% surcharge applies on public holidays.
