What happens when I arrive?

Upon arrival, all participants must register and complete a liability waiver. Once registered, our team will finalise your booking and direct you to the mandatory safety briefing for your chosen activity.


The safety briefing covers the rules, safety requirements and how the activity operates. Once the briefing is complete, you’ll be ready to get started and enjoy your experience.

Why do I need a C1 Speed Racing Membership?

The C1 Speed Racing Membership gives you access to our Main Track and your own personal racing profile.


Your membership stores your race history, lap times, results and any race credits held on your account. It also includes helmet and balaclava hire and gives you access to member-only promotions and special offers throughout the year.


The membership is valid for 12 months and is required for all Main Track racers.

Can I race against my child?

Yes, provided your child meets the requirements for Junior Kart racing.


Parents and adults are welcome to race alongside their child in a Junior race. However, Mini Track racers cannot race on the Main Track and race separately on the Mini Track.


Please note that race formats may vary depending on participant numbers and operational requirements.

How many people can race at once?

Main Track: Up to 9 racers.

Mini Track: Up to 6 racers.

Laser Tag: Up to 16 players.

If I purchase multiple Races or Laser Tag games, do I have to use them all on the same day?

Not necessarily.


Race and Laser Tag credits purchased in-store are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and can be used across multiple visits.


However, online bookings are different. When you book online, all races and Laser Tag games are reserved for your selected date and time. Unless prior arrangements have been made with our team, all races and games included in an online booking must be used on the day of your booking.

Can multiple packs be shared between different people?

No. Multi packs are sold on a per-person basis and cannot be split between multiple participants.


All credits are allocated to a single account and cannot be transferred to another person.

How long does a Race take?

Race durations vary depending on the track and race format.

Main Track

  • Adult races are 20 laps or 7 minutes, whichever occurs first.
  • Junior races are 16 laps or 7 minutes, whichever occurs first.

Mini Track

  • All Mini Track race sessions are 6 minutes in duration.

Please note that race sessions may vary slightly depending on track conditions, incidents and race stoppages.

How long does a Laser Tag game take?

Each Laser Tag game runs for 10 minutes.


Please allow additional time before and after your game for equipment fitting, safety instructions and game setup.

What are your opening hours?

We are open 7 days a week.

Monday: 10:00am - 7:00pm

Tuesday: 10:00am - 7:00pm

Wednesday: 10:00am - 7:00pm

Thursday: 10:00am - 7:00pm

Friday: 10:00am - 8:00pm

Saturday: 10:00am - 8:00pm

Sunday: 10:00am - 6:00pm

Do I need to book?

We recommend booking in advance, particularly on weekends, during school holidays and other busy periods. Bookings can be made online through our booking system.


Walk-ins are welcome, however availability cannot be guaranteed.


Birthday parties, corporate events and private track bookings must be booked in advance.

What kind of karts are they? How fast do they go?

Our Main Track features high-performance OTL electric karts manufactured in Italy.

  • Adult Karts: Up to 50 km/h
  • Junior Karts: Up to 30 km/h

Our Mini Track features electric KF03 Edge Mini Karts.

  • Mini Karts: Up to 23 km/h
What are the requirements to race the Adult Karts?

Adult racers must be:

  • 16 years or older
  • Minimum 145cm tall
  • Maximum weight of 120kg
  • Valid annual race membership.
What are the requirements to race the Junior Karts?

Junior racers must be:

  • Minimum 145cm tall
  • Maximum weight of 120kg
  • Valid annual race membership.
What are the requirements to race the Mini Track?

Mini Track racers must be:

  • Between 95cm and 145cm tall
  • Maximum weight of 75kg
What are the requirements to race the Duo Kart?

Duo Kart requirements:

  • Driver: 18+ years and minimum 150cm tall
  • Passenger: Minimum 90cm tall
  • Maximum combined weight: 250kg

Annual Racing Membership is only required for the driver.

We currently have 2 Duo Karts available, so bookings are highly recommended.

What if I am under 18 years old?

Yes. Participants under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the duration of their visit. A parent or guardian must also complete and sign the liability waiver.

Do you have a café?

Yes, we have an on-site café serving a range of food, snacks, hot drinks and cold beverages.

Can we bring outside food or drinks into the venue?

Outside food and drinks are permitted; however, a minimum $20 venue fee applies per group.


Strictly no BYO alcohol is permitted.

Can I bring my own helmet?

Yes. You may bring your own helmet, including open-face helmets (provided suitable eye protection is worn).


All helmets must meet Australian Standards, be in good condition and be deemed safe for use by our staff.

Are you open on public holidays?

We are open on selected public holidays.


Public holiday trading hours may vary, so we recommend checking our social media pages or contacting us prior to your visit.


A 10% surcharge applies on public holidays.

Do spectators need to pay?

No. Spectators are welcome to watch free of charge.

What happens if I arrive late for my booking?

You must arrive 30 minutes prior to your booking time to allow for check-in and safety briefings. Late arrivals may miss all or part of their activity and refunds or credits will not be provided.
