FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How does the registration and racing/laser tag process work?

All new drivers and taggers must register upon arrival at the registration desk, which includes signing a liability waiver. Once complete, head over to the front reception to have your profile finalised including your picture taken with a big smile! Drivers and taggers then move on to the mandatory safety induction, which outlines all racing & laser tag safety rules. You are now ready to race and shoot.

How much is it to race or play laser tag?

All our race rates for the Main Track can be found on our Main Track & Karts page.

Why do I need a C1 Speed Racing Membership?

The C1 Speed Racing Membership is a required membership that gives customers access to our race track, use of helmets & head socks at the track, and access to your own “Clubspeed” online race profile and results. It also gives you access to the promotions and discounts emailed to members from time to time. Your membership holds record of any race credits you may hold with us and your racing history.

A C1 Speed Racing Membership is NOT required on the Mini Track.

If we buy multiple races or lasers, do we have to use them all on the day?

No. Race and Laser credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. The exception to this rule is online bookings, when you book online the system reserves all your races or laser games so without prior notice for online bookings you must complete all of your races or laser games on the day.

Can the multiple race packs be used for different people?

No. All races purchased are per person and cannot be split up. We are not able to transfer credits.
